Return and Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
  • Custom-printed or personalized items are only eligible for return if they are defective or were printed incorrectly — we cannot accept returns on correctly produced custom orders

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@conceptplus.ca with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back before receiving authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or was shipped incorrectly. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Method and Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.

Exchanges

If you need a replacement for a defective or incorrectly printed item, please contact us at info@conceptplus.ca. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Correctly produced custom or personalized promotional products
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition
