Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. For custom promotional products, production time is typically 10-15 business days before shipping. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We ship across Canada and to select international destinations. All prices on our website are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Canada): 5-10 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping (Canada): 2-4 business days after production
  • International Shipping: 10-21 business days after production (varies by destination)

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date at info@conceptplus.ca. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.
